Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, I’m still in shock that it’s February. For us, not only does the month mean this fun-loving holiday, but TWO birthdays! Tasha’s was yesterday and O-Man’s is next week. One year Tasha did want a Valentine’s Day Fun themed party, but O-Man is a typical boy and wants nothing to do with the holiday, especially as a birthday theme. Valentine’s Day Fun
I must admit, I’m not much on the romance of Valentine’s Day. Sure, I wouldn’t mind if IronFish decided to do something super romantic for me, but we’re often homebodies and family oriented, so I doubt that would happen. And, I’m perfectly fine spending Valentine’s Day with the whole family, the ones I love. Some years I have done something fun for dinner or dessert for Valentine’s Day for the family. Before we found out the kids were allergic to artificial food coloring, I’d basically dye everything red or pink for the day!
Obviously, as I was selecting my features for the mini round-up, I had dessert on the brain…
