As Christmas approaches, you may be wondering what to get your family and friends this year. With the additional time home, so many people are turning (or returning) to crafting. For me, crocheting and other crafts are my main stress release. I’ve put together a list of creative kits and subscriptions great for giving this holiday season.

Welcome back to year 6 of our Festive Christmas Event where we team up with a bunch of talented blogging friends to bring you a plethora of creative ways to celebrate your holiday season.

Sharing the Gift of Creativity
I remember the Christmas after my grandmother died. She already had gifts wrapped for everyone so we all had something to open from her one last time. She passed away in April! Yep, she shopped year ’round to select special things for everyone.
I’ve taken on her habit of picking things up when I see them and tucking them away until Christmas or a special time to gift something. Grandma Marj also taught me to crochet and fostered my creativity.
Last Christmas O-Man received a subscription for Tinker Crate. Once his three-month gift subscription was up, he asked for more months for his birthday! Right around the time he is about to drive everyone in the house crazy, a new kit shows up and he’s in heaven building away.
Tasha asked for embroidery kits to learn to embroider and to give the finished products as gifts.
