I feel like I’m stuck on a hamster wheel and can’t get off! Several weeks ago I decided instead of committing to two new posts a week plus the Home Matters Link Party, I needed to get myself in a routine. My goal was to spend a few weeks working on the shop and content. Then be in a rhythm where my posts were always ready a few weeks in advance, instead of a few hours! But, as all busy moms know, things just happen and before you know it, time has marched on. Projects and products have been made. Pictures have been taken and a few have been edited. Writing, well, that really hasn’t happened. That’s why I’m writing right this minute. Because I have to start somewhere with something. So, how about FREE spring coloring pages?
Shop Update
I’m continuing to take a few different courses to learn the ins and outs of blogging and selling my creations. Reluctantly, I’ve admitted I need to just keep pushing forward. Continue to work on the layouts, products, post content, etc, but… realize when I tried to get everything perfect last time… I ended up doing nothing for the blog for a few years!
Several digital bundles have been added to the shop! And, I have several more in the works.
Plus, I have a variety of physical products I’m working on as well. Because, well, crafting keeps me from going insane!
Blog Update
What can I say… I wrote today… that’s a start, right?
Seriously though, my goal is to work out an editorial calendar tonight and tomorrow and jump back in feet first. And admit that trying to get myself ahead of the game, might never actually be obtainable for me!
But continuing to move forward is a reasonable goal.
