My Features

I should have known before even arriving at the post that this amazing wreath was compliments of the very talented T’onna at Sew Crafty Crochet. I crochet a minimum of a half hour every day (sometimes more), so this one jumped out at me immediately!

Seriously, it’s probably the one wreath out there I would want to copy EXACTLY!

I’m much happier in summer weather, but, one thing that does make me super happy in the fall is all things pumpkin. Yes, I’m a pumpkin spice everything gal! I especially love pumpkin soup and seek out new versions of my favorite soup.

IronFish and I are trying the low carb thing currently, so I can have cream in my pumpkin soup. But, I’m very intrigued to try Carol’s Rich and Creamy Pumpkin Soup over at Comfort Spring Station. I think the use of greek yogurt would add a great flavor.

A few years ago, at Thanksgiving, I made an Ah-Maz-ing chocolate pecan pie. Unfortunately, I must not have saved the recipe. I have yet to find it again. But, Shirley over at Intelligent Domestications shared her Chocolate Pecan Pie Easy Recipe and I can’t wait to try it this Thanksgiving (yes, hubs and I will probably give up low carb for that day! Lol).

Pecan pie just goes so well with pumpkin pie and apple pie. It’s the trifecta of Thanksgiving desserts! Chocolate pecan only makes it better!!!

It wouldn’t be fair if I didn’t share my son’s favorite link… Oozing Pumpkins from Our Unschooling Journey. O-Man looked over my shoulder and had to know more about this fun fall science project!

He’s been requesting a pumpkin daily since seeing the oozing pumpkins!

My Tasha loves succulents, I have a very strong feeling I’ll be heading back to the craft store for supplies to make a few Faux Pumpkins and Faux Succulents very soon…

Miss Kopy Kat made so many of these amazing beauties!

I’m only stopping the features because it’s already past my bed time and if I don’t stop, I’ll be sharing everything that was linked up.

Want More?

Looking for more link ups and feature opportunities? Every Friday I co-host the Home Matters Link Party where I share several of my favorites for our weekly theme. Be sure to check it out. Don’t worry, you don’t have to link only things that go with the theme each week, it’s just our way of sharing our own favorites on a specific theme. Plus we collaborate as a group to feature a few of our favorite posts from the week before’s party. Lots of feature opportunities!
