I’ve never been a person that makes a big deal out of my birthday and I’ve never been good at remember dates. But this year I decided I wanted to actually make something for my niece and nephew who both have fall birthdays.

In addition to their birthday gifts, I wanted to make them personalized trick or treat tote bags. And, what makes them cooler than just having their name on the bag?

I know, cool, right!

Halloween Monograms

Last year I listed a series of monograms in a two styles. Trick or Treat and Happy Halloween. They have been popular and this year I dropped the price and offered the full bundle with both designs in the complete alphabet.

This was the perfect opportunity to make custom reusable tote bags for my niece and nephew to include with the rest of their birthday gifts.

Initially I was going to use puff vinyl or glow-in-the dark vinyl… until I discovered I could fun features in one vinyl!

Other Halloween Ideas

I just ordered pillow covers for my living room, I think it would be fun to put either of these designs on throw pillows using the family name. It’s not just for the trick or treaters!

I have a few fun 3D shadowbox cards in my Etsy shop for Halloween as well as a fun and simple “boo” banner. Stop by and check them out.

And don’t forget to sign up for my monthly newsletter, it usually includes a link to a free SVG file and an extra coupon code for my Etsy shop. Last month I shared a fun ghost SVG.
